Exam Rules and Regulations

Exam Rules & Regulations :-

1) Candidate must be minimum 3 years of age.
 2) A candidate must have passed the examination in the previous year to appear in the second year or subsequent examination.
 3) Before filling the examination form of any year, understand the rules and fill the form.  Exams may be canceled if rules are violated. 
 4) The Admit Card should be kept very carefully and it should not be stained in any way.
 5) If the Admit Card is not brought on the day of the examination, the Indian Academy of Art Board may cancel the examination of the candidate if the examiner thinks so.
 6) Every year the Indian Academy of Art Board approved schools have to take the Board Annual Examination in Government School Institutions or Private School Institutions.
 7) The written examination paper must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled date of the examination.  Remember that we can publish the result within the specified time only if you send the specified time. 
 8) No examiner will be sent by the board unless there are 20 or more candidates.  In this case, if the school authority thinks that the central authority will conduct the examination with the board examiner, then the examiner should send a minimum of 500 rupees to the board authority 3 days before the examination. 
 9) The center manager should also send the signature sheet along with the written examination booklet.
 10) The teacher of the school should ensure that the first page of the written examination is completely filled, otherwise there will be a problem in publishing the results.
11) Oral examination will be conducted on the day of practical examination.  The examiner will ask the candidates ten questions in the oral test within the specified syllabus.  Students will be asked oral questions after the practical exam, no oral exam will be taken before the practical.
 12) The school teacher or center manager is requested to communicate with the examiners at least 20 days in advance and fix the examination date based on that discussion.  Board authorities will not accept that sense of responsibility if they ever choose on their own responsibility.
 13) Board authorities should be informed at least 10 days before the date of annual examination is fixed.
 14) As per board rules every school or center system has to complete the annual examination within the month of November.
 15) The school or center manager should see to it that the examiner appointed for the practical examination gets due respect.
 16) Do not give any money to examiner for travel or any other reason.  If any examiner asks for money then the board will inform the authorities. 
 17) On the day of the examination, no new form will be accepted from any new student and no new name can be added by excluding the name of any candidate. 
 18) If there is any mistake in the Admit Card or Result Cum Certificate, then the board authority should be informed within 15 days, after that the minimum charge should be paid to get the Admit Card or Result Cum Certificate revised.
 19) The signature sheet of the practical examination of the board should be signed by the students and sent by the hand of the examiner.
